**I need an item by Christmas! What is the latest date I can place an order?

For US customers, my last ship day to guarantee an item by Christmas is Tuesday, 12/17.

For International customers, the last ship day will be Monday, 12/9.

This means the order must be placed by the day before, and this is for standard USPS shipping. Please e-mail me at Fogagarty@gmail.com if you have any specific questions.

**Do you gift wrap?

I do not gift wrap, and trust me it's for the best. I'm no good at it. I can only offer to ship a discrete package, meaning no receipt or proof of purchase with your order.

How often do you ship?

I ship as often as needed, and 5-6 days per week during the holiday season*

*Unless a special arrangement is made prior to an order being placed. Please contact me through the contact form at the bottom of the page BEFORE placing your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! Just make sure to enter the correct address & everything necessary for customs.

Can you set aside an item for me to pay for later?

No. I do not hold or reserve any items.

I never received my order, even though it says it was shipped. What do I do?

Check the tracking that is given in the shipping email first. You can read an expanded tracking history to see what might've gone wrong, and if that doesn't answer your question as to where it might be, you can contact me through the contact form below.

Note that I do not send any replacements nor refunds for any items where the tracking says "Delivered", or if it has been more than 2 working weeks (US) or 4 working weeks (International).

My tracking says it was delivered, but my order isn't here. What do I do? 

Your best bet is to check with your local post office. Maybe they missed it while delivering, and it wound up back at the post office. Also check with neighbors in case it was mis-delivered.

If my order says delivered but was lost in the mail, can I get a replacement?

I do not give replacements if the tracking says delivered. 

I put the wrong shipping address! What do I do?

If your order has been shipped, it is unfortunately out of my hands. I'm unable to do anything unless it gets returned to me, which is unlikely. If you've recently moved, set up forwarding service with USPS, and hope it might intercept it. I cannot offer a replacement nor refund in this case.

I wanted to inquire about wholesale, or a custom design order. How can I do that?

While I'm working on my Wholesale & Custom order form, please send an email to FOGAGARTY@GMAIL.COM, with the following:

  • Name, Company (if applicable), Best way to contact you
  • For Wholesale: What items you're interested in, quantity, date needed by,  and any particulars I should know up front
  • For Custom Design orders: What occasion/purpose you need these for, date needed by, an idea of your desired imagery, quantity (100 piece minimum)
  • Any details you'd like to include, like budget, timeframe, questions, or concerns

I have a question about an order or product. How do I get in touch with you?

You can email me at FOGAGARTY@GMAIL.COM, but only regarding an order or question about a product in my shop. I am not taking requests for what pins to make.
